ELICIT Online is a successful start-up with a unique software tool that allows extracting knowledge from experts’ minds. Every organization has experts who have accumulated a wealth of experience throughout their careers. However, this knowledge is often not or barely documented and available to colleagues in practice. So, how do you quickly and systematically capture valuable experiential knowledge from your experts? And how do you then offer this in an attractive and user-friendly way? These two questions formed the basis for Elicit Online. With ELICIT Online, we enable organizations to quickly and systematically capture the valuable experiential knowledge of their experts and make it available to all employees.
Technical consultant
As a Technical Consultant, you will engage with the professionals and specialists of a specific production process or installation. You swiftly and systematically describe the essence of the process, including the key cause-and-effect relationships, in ELICIT Online. You advise and support clients with questions regarding the use of the software. We provide a comprehensive training program and guide you through the initial projects. Afterward, you will quickly become self-sufficient. You will work on one or multiple projects with various clients. Additionally, you will contribute to the successful growth of ELICIT Online and the realization of our mission: Improving the performance of employees and organizations by making experiential knowledge available to everyone, anytime, and anywhere!
