Our only condition is that you have an in-house expert in this knowledge.
How we get started with new clients:
We consult with you to identify your organisational needs, such as the specific domain in which you wish to capture and share expert knowledge.
The first knowledge file we create is often part of a pilot or proof of concept.
We interview the right experts from your team and incorporate their experiential knowledge into the ELICIT Online tool.
During an enrichment workshop, we involve colleagues from other departments in adding to the knowledge file.
We present the knowledge file and ELICIT Online to the users, and then integrate their feedback and knowledge into the knowledge file too.
We help to implement the software in your organisation. Because it’s intuitive, you can start using it right away.
Finally, we train your staff in our methodology and software so that you can then independently capture and share valuable experiential knowledge.
